The WSC Mentorship Program pairs emerging sponsorship professionals with experienced sponsorship leaders to provide guidance, support, and real-time insight throughout the two days of WSC.

Designed exclusively for delegates with less than three years of experience, this program offers a unique opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity on session content, and receive practical advice from someone who has been in your position. When possible, mentors will attend sessions alongside their mentees to enhance the learning experience.

Spots are limited for the Mentorship Program and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
