To cancel your registration, please submit a formal request to Timewise Event Management via email at email@example.com. For all cancellations made before October 26, 2018, an administration fee of $150 will apply. All registrations cancelled after October 26, 2018 will not be refunded. There are no exceptions to this, no matter what the cancellation reasons may be.
Online registration will be open until November 20, 2018.
Registration fees do not include 5% GST. All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The registration payment must be submitted by Credit Card at the end of the registration form. Invoicing is not available.
To be able to attend the Western Sponsorship Congress - Alberta Forum you must have paid your registration fees in full. If you have an outstanding payment you will be asked you settle your balance before being admitted to the Congress.
You will receive a confirmation email upon completion and payment of your Congress registration. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after completing registration contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registrations are transferable to another person for a transfer fee of $150. To transfer your registration, please send a formal request to Timewise Event Management via email at email@example.com before November 20, 2018.
By completing the registration form you accept a binding agreement of the above listed cancellation and registration policies.
