director of sales / architectural channel lead
As the Director of Sales / Architectural Channel Lead for All Weather Windows, Jillene Lakevold is responsible for Sales and Operations in the Commercial, Institutional and Multi-Family Residential spaces. Jillene first started with the organization in 2006 as a manufacturing analyst. Working directly with employees on the manufacturing floor, she implemented process improvements using lea concepts and initiatives taken straight from the Toyota Production System. Since that time, Jillene has filled a variety of roles at All Weather Windows. In 2008, as the National Service Manager, she worked to improve both process and service delivery to customers in the residential channel before moving to the Commercial division in 2011. There, she held the position of General Manager (Alberta) responsible for growth and expansion in the Commercial channel of All Weather Windows. Prior to her current role, Jillene was responsible for identifying and validating high potential business opportunities for the company as the Director, Corporate Strategy and Relations.
Jillene is keenly interested in developing both business and relationships in her industry and her community and has done so in a variety of volunteer roles. She has participated on several boards, including the Canadian Manufacturer’s and Exporter’s Association and the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance. She has since gone on to sit as a Director on the Alberta Construction Association and the Edmonton Construction Association Board, chairing the Governance & HR Committee. As an active Rotarian in the City of Edmonton, Jillene is equally passionate about her local and international community. She currently sits as Co-President of the Edmonton Glenora Rotary Club and has chaired both the International and the Youth Services committees.
Jillene holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s.
