Erin Gobolos

SENIOR-LEVEL MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER

Erin is a passionate advocate of the sponsorship industry. She has held roles on both sides of the negotiating table in the financial services, non-profit and charitable sectors, bringing a unique perspective and a passion for building relationships that last. With education and experience in marketing, advertising, corporate communications, product development, sales and client experience, she’s able to draw on a diverse range of skills to ensure partnerships will meet objectives for all parties.

Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Fund Development at the YMCA of Northern Alberta. In this role, she led the team responsible for all aspects of fund development, including endowment, major gifts, individual giving, government funding, corporate giving and sponsorship. Last year, Erin took a step away from work to pursue a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University, with a focus on leadership, strategy, communications and innovation. She will graduate in May, 2021.
